81-011 with concave wheel

Hi, we placed an order for replacement patio roller, item number 81-011. We measured and found this item to match what we have but never noticed it had flat wheels. We need concave wheels. Is there a different item number for this housing unit with concave wheels? At this point, the door will not open without lifting and sliding.

There is something similar, yes. In fact, look at the 81-011 store page and look at the right hand side, under "Related Items." You will see the 81-090 listed. Could this possibly be what you need? Double check your measurements and housing and see if this roller may be a better match.
