I am trying to replace a roller for a manix sliding window. The roller assemble seems to have the same dimensions as the Acorn Sliding door tandem roller assembly 81-030, with the exception of the 3/4" thickness. The one took from an existing window has a 1/2" thickness. will the 81-030 work? Do you have one with a 1/2" thickness
Paul
81-030 but with a 1/2" thickness?

Hey, Paul, thanks for posting. We actually have many rollers that look similar to the 81-030, but with only slight variations. Are you sure that the 81-030 is the same exact type of roller? Could we perhaps see a few pictures of it removed? Perhaps we can spot something that differentiates it from the 81-030. At the very least, we may see some clue as to what you have. Let me know!

Thank you! We're still having trouble finding this. I had a few questions that may help us come up with a solution.
First, I noticed that in your original post, you mentioned that this roller is for a sliding window. Can you confirm? The 81-030 is used for sliding glass patio doors.
Also, what is damaged on your own roller? Could you just replace the wheels? If so, what is their diameter and thickness?
