81-056 didn't work for me

The 81-056 didn't end up working, the size and shape is correct but they are missing some extrusions to keep the wheel assemblies in the grooves and the wheels are too large. Do you have anything that looks like the attached photo.

Thank you for posting! I'm sorry to hear that the 81-056 didn't work out for you, but I'm happy to find an alternative. Before we begin our search, can you just confirm the diameter of your wheels?

The wheel diameter is 1 1/8". The protrusions on the wheel casing hold the unit into the frame of the door. Without those, when the door is turned upright, the unit would fall out of the door panel. The current case slides into the frame from the side.

Please see new SWISCO product code 81-174, Sliding Patio Glass Door Roller Assembly with 1-1/8" diameter wheels. Take a look and compare to your original hardware to see if this is a better replacement.
