81-112 but with nylon wheel

Do you have the 81-112 Peachtree roller unit with nylon or polyurethane wheel? Some repair shops install them and say they will never damage the rail, like metal rollers do, and also they are quieter when operating.

I'm afraid the 81-112 Peachtree roller only comes with a steel ball bearing wheel. As long as the ball bearings move freely, however, they won't damage the track.

I have seen worse damage to tracks from neglected plastic rollers than metal. When the plastic breaks off of the metal the rough edges can be really grind on the track. At least if the metal wheel stops turning, it rubs smoothly. When any wheel stops turning it needs to be replaced before it does damage.
