81-138 doesn't fit in door

I bought 81-138, but the measurements aren't quite right. Where you have a 3/4" thick housing, mine is 5/8". I also have a 1-1/4" wheel. Is there a better fit?

Sorry to hear the 81-138 wasn't quite right. We don't have any 5/8'' housing in that style, but if you send us a photo of the roller out of the door, we can see if there's a different option. Perhaps a slightly different style could work.

Thanks for getting back to us. This looks closer to our 81-155, which is 11/16" wide. Look it over and see what you think.
