81-269 wheel height

Home Owner from California
I bought several 81-269 single wheel roller assemblies based on matching appearance and measurements to my existing rollers (multiple doors).

What I didn't account for is that on my existing rollers, the wheel drops about 3/16 inch further down below the steel housing than the 81-269 replacements that I received, at maximum adjustment. So the new rollers are shorter, bottom of wheel to top of the housing. The net result is with the new rollers the door drags the bottom of the door guide instead of rolling on the wheels.

Is there a way to fix this? Maybe a way to get additional travel on the adjustment screw, or perhaps add some kind of spacer to the top of the roller assembly? Or is there another roller assembly with all the same specs except for additional wheel drop?

Sorry to hear of troubles with the 81-269. What is diameter of the wheels on your old rollers? What is the width and height of the assembly? Can you also show me a picture of an old roller, just to be safe? From there I'll see what I can narrow down. Many thanks.
