IS THE KEY ALREADY INSTALLED IN THE HANDLE . I HAVE BOUGHT OTHER BRANDS THAT AREN'T, AND I BREAK THE LOCK BEFORE I EVER GET IT INSTALLED

Are you referring to the key cylinder itself? This is installed in the outside handle when you receive it, yes.
