82-081 replacement handle

I purchased the 82-081 replacement handle, thinking it was a complete set, with opposite non-locking handle. Apparently, it does not and I can't find a matching non-locking match to this handle. Are these available at Swisscom? If not, can you recommend an alternative solution?

It sounds like you need a new dummy handle. I'm afraid we don't sell a dummy version of the 82-081. We do carry the 82-080, which is the same but without a key lock. That might work for you, though you'd have to discard the thumb lever it comes with.
