82-211 didn't work

I tried 82-211 but the face to back dimension is not deep enough. The key way does not match up with the hole in the handle. Otherwise it is exactly what I need. I submitted a return form and explained my problem and also asked what item number will meet my requirement. I'm asking you too. The back to face of the 82-211 is 1 3/8" I need 1 3/4"

Hello! Take a look at 82-214. This is similar to what you ordered. Check out the measurements; does it match up better?
