82-226 Replacement?

I believe i need 82-226 mortise lock but how do i replace it?

I don't believe the 82-226 will work for you. Your current mortise lacks the same faceplate as this product.

I think a better option would be our 82-218. This looks much closer to what I see in your photos. We also have a video that shows you how best to replace these.
