82-239 multi didn't work

I ordered the swisco 82-239 on order number 1266000. But that's not the right one. What do you recommend?

Thanks for writing in. Ah, we've seen this mortise lock before. Our only option is for you to use the 82-239, and then also use the keeper that works with this mortise lock: our 82-249. I can't guarantee this will work, but it's the best option we have. Sorry we can't be of more help, and best of luck with your repair.
