82-249 plate works for new mortise lock install. Need 1 inch projection to work with frame. Is there a equivalent 82-249 plate with 1 inch projection rather than the 1/2 inch? Picture shows installed plate with 1/2 inch projection with 1/2 inch wood block to get this to work.

We unfortunately don't sell a deeper version of the 82-249. Padding it out with something to make up the difference is a good idea and is what I usually do in these situations. Also note that you can adjust the hooks on the mortise itself to stick out further. You probably won't get 1/2" out of them but it may help you make up some of the difference.
