Will #82-302 lock work
I have 1 inch thick door with a black handle on the outside, it has a knock out hole to install a lock
However, the door has a mortise with 3 and 15/16 mounting holes and has a narrow rectangle hole at 45 degree
82-302 part has a round pin, a round pin will not fit into rectangular slit in the mortise, will it?
Can I use the 82-302?

The patio door is aluminum
It is 1 inch thick
Handle mounting holes are 3 and 15/16 inch apart
Outside side of the door has 5/8 inch hole that goes through the door
Mortise has 3 and 11/16 mounting holes, it is 1 and 1/8 inch deep, with 45 degree slit for inside closing latch

Greetings! It sounds like your mortise lock could be like the 82-218. This type of lock takes the 83-310 key cylinder. Send us some photos of your handle set and mortise lock along with the dimensions for us to take a look at and identify the parts you need.

Yep, it comes with everything shown in its product photos. An inside handle, an outside handle, and a key lock (which includes two keys).
