82-315 remove key

I'm trying to remove the key from the lock 82 - 315 and it's not working please help

I'm not sure what the issue may be. I know in some cases if the cylinder is installed improperly, it cannot be turned. That would mean the key can't come out. I would try to reinstall the key cylinder to see if that helps.
