Thanks for your patience during this busy time of the year! Hm, I'm not sure why you're having a problem. What do you mean exactly by the hardware not matching up? It looks compatible from your pictures. Do you need to adjust the striker, or possibly your patio door rollers, so that the lock and striker match up? If this is off, be more specific about the problem and I'll see what we can come up with. Many thanks. 

For your handle set, the only possibility I see that will work in place of what you have is our 82-080 mortise style handle set. Carefully review our measurements and match them up with yours. If everything looks good, then you should be ok to go.
