84-016 with 1" metal and 1" nylon wheel?

Swisco makes a 1.25" nylon screen door roller product code 84-016. Does Swisco make any of the following variations of this part?

1. with a 1" nylon roller

2. with a 1" metal roller

3. it must fit in a 1/4" space

Thank you for posting in our discussion board. Our 84-091 Screen Door Roller has a nylon wheel with a 1" diameter, but it is also 3/8" wide, not 1/4".

If at all possible, can you please s how us pictures of the corner and the roller it currently connects to? This may help us find something that will work.

Hello:

I was in error saying that the wheel (actually I meant the entire assembly) was 1/4" wide. I later realized that it is the standard 3/8" in diameter.

My other part of the question involved whether SWISCO made a comparable part with a metal roller instead of a nylon roller. Subsequent study of the SWISCO web site indicated to me that they do not. My observation has been that metal rollers last much longer in this dry, hot SW US climate.

Thank you for the information. Unfortunately, we do not appear to have any steel rollers with a 1" wheel. We do have our 84-104 Screen Door Roller with a steel wheel, however its diameter is 1-1/4". I apologize for the inconvenience.
