Wheel thickness of 84-074B Roller

Have Loewen Patio door screens with rollers that have identical dimensions as 84-074B. Only dimension not mentioned is roller width. Mine are only 7/32" wide. What is roller width of 84-074B (hopefully not 1/4").

The wheel thickness is 1/4", unfortunately. That's only 1/32" off. Could you still get it to work?
