84-225 will not work

Question

I ordered a part from your company (84-225) but when i received it, it looked nothing like the photo attached. Please let me know if you have this part and i can get the right part.

Thanks for contacting us. Looking at your photo, your old handle looks more like our 84-228 or 84-229 handle sets.
