8500 Series Window Parts

Good morning,

I'm trying to determine replacement parts for an 8500 series vinyl window, SKU: 741-250, R.O. 33"W

x 49 1/2"H Beige, D.H. with LO-E and Argon STD. JAMB depth and std hardware. I believe I'm in need of Tilt Latches - product code 26-408 and coil balances (see attached pictures).

I can open the window but it will not stay up unless I prop it up with something. The window will fall out of the tracks on a windy day. There is a white piece with a coil inside at bottom and a top coil is protruding out at the top. Can you assist? Thank you kindly.

Hey, Frank.

I suspect you may have our 15-087 but you'll need to remove your pivot shoe from the window to confirm your dimensions match up to ours. Our shoe is designed to use the Series 180 coil springs.
