That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts. What I will do now is email you an order link for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Note that the replacements will now have wings on the bottom fitting but this won't affect function. The metal channel will measure 27" as well so we recommend you confirm that before placing your order.
