We don't have this exact pivot shoe, as it's no longer made, but I've known other customers to successfully use our 15-219 as a replacement. See what you think.
The spiral balance would be either our Series 900, with a 3/8" diameter tube, or our Series 600, with a 5/8" diameter tube.
