Thank you for the photos! We don't sell this exact handle set, but we have the 82-030A. This has a keyed exterior, but if you don't need one, see the 82-030 instead. They both measure 3-15/16" on the installation hole centers, so you'll want to make sure yours does too. Review the specifications and see what you think.
No, as long as the installation hole centers are 3-15/16", you should be good to go. I'm not sure what your old lock looks like, so I don't know if it would be compatible, but you're welcome to upload photos of it for us to review.
