8ft sliding glass door

Question

I have a esp of fla triple 8ft sliding glass door that has only one roller on each side of the door. I tried to remove the roller from the door by removing the top screw, but the unit did not want to come out. Is there a trick to taking it out or is there a different way?

If you haven't already, I would recommend taking a look at our patio door roller removal video below. In some cases, removing the bottom frame is necessary to access the roller but I can't be sure if that is the case for your door. Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
