Do you sell this lock without the faceplate?

The locking mechanism is jammed. Do these come with any warranty? We are in a new build that's 3 years old. Thanks in advance for your help.

It looks like you were looking at our 82-239. This doesn't come with a face plate, though. What you see in its product image is the keeper.

Based on the image, is this the right product to purchase as a replacement lock and keeper?

I think our 82-239 looks very close to your original mortise, yes. Ultimately, though, it will depend on size. As long as our dimensions match yours then you should be good to go.
