WHEN HOLDING THE SPRING WITH THE MOUNTING HOLE ABOVE THE NUMBER. THE PART SHOWS A #9 STAMPED INTO THE SPRING

BOTH SIDES APPEAR TO HAVE BROKEN INTO 2 PIECES PER SIDE

We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

No apologies needed! Thank you for the additional photos. The pivot shoe pictured here is a match for our 15-180 which is designed to be used with the Series 190 coil springs.
