9 imprinted on coil

Question

Looking to replace this whole system. There is a 9 on the coil and it is a 1/2 inch. Also the the width of the white thing is 1 and 1/4 inch.

Hello,

You can start by comparing the 15-180 pivot shoe to an intact version removed from the window. These use the 15-181 support clip, 15-182 bushing, and Series 190 coil spring. Thanks for posting!
