9 windows have broken balance shoes

A home owner from Fredericksburg VA says:
Have 9 windows with these balances. Several of them have broken shoes (photos attached) that I would like to replace. If possible only replacement balance shoes are needed. Believe the windows are what is now PlyGem but were build in 1994 per engravings inside window panes.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your photos here show us a channel balance and a top sash guide. The top sash guide, at least, looks like our 18-124P, but I'm not sure about the balance.

I recommend looking at our S380-31 and S385-31 to start out. The only difference between these is the depth of the bottom shoe; you'll have to measure the shoe depth from one of our undamaged balances and then refer to our dimensions to confirm which one is the better choice.
