I need a latch that looks like your 90-005 only the opposite hand.

Hello, thank you for posting,
Unfortunately we do not carry the opposite handed version of this lock. The 90-005 is only designed for vertical hung windows instead of horizontal sliding. I apologize that we cannot assist with your repair. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
