A quick learner from Lancaster County says:
I can't get the lock to line up with the catch. Is there an adjustment on the window? thanks, Gabe

Paul from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid Traco commercial sliding windows don't have any adjustment in regards to the lock and keeper. You would need to adjust the bottom rollers on the window sash. You might have something like our 81-248 roller, where you turn the adjusting screw clockwise or counter clockwise to raise and lower the window. If you have something like our 87-143 roller assembly instead, you will need to remove the sash and place the wheel in the upper or lower groove to adjust this sash.
A quick learner from Mullica Hill, NJ says:
Thank you. This is an all metal window. How would I remove the sash if necessary to replace the rollers.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
For horizontal sliding windows, you would side the window open, raise the sash up, and then swing it in.
