90-193 window lock

I'm afraid Traco commercial sliding windows don't have any adjustment in regards to the lock and keeper. You would need to adjust the bottom rollers on the window sash. You might have something like our 81-248 roller, where you turn the adjusting screw clockwise or counter clockwise to raise and lower the window. If you have something like our 87-143 roller assembly instead, you will need to remove the sash and place the wheel in the upper or lower groove to adjust this sash.

For horizontal sliding windows, you would side the window open, raise the sash up, and then swing it in.
