9/16 28" Window Channel Balance 27-4

Hello, I was trying to find the replacement balance for 27-4 on the site and couldn't identify a similar product. It looks like mine comes with 19-005 top head and 15-001/002 shoe. Attached please see the pics - which one should I order?

Thanks for posting. Before I can confirm what Series channel balance you have, I'll have to figure out what your bottom shoe is. Please look at the measurements for our 15-001 and 15-002 bottom shoes and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-1/8" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which measurement more closely resembles your own shoe?

Yes, i confirm tht the shoe is 1-1/8" deep.

Thank you. Now, because your top attachment has wings, and your bottom attachment does not, the balance you need is our Series 395. Take a look at the S395-28 with the stamp option 2740.
