9#27 Andersen Window Balance

Question

I have two different size windows that I need one balancer each. 1 measuring 37" x 35" and three 34.75" x 52.75". I have only taken the balancer out of the larger window. those numbers are 11600? 17 E 27 9#27 6-85. I have not been able to find any matching products please help !

I would imagine it's best to change both balancers in each window because I have one broken Side on each window. I installed these windows in 1986

Without me giving you numbers can you tell me what balancer I would use on the smaller window, or do I need to take apart and take that one out also. That one is over the kitchen sink and I'd like to do it only once.

Hello! Based on your old stamp of "9#27," I recommend the 24-939 Andersen sash balance. I am very confident that this will work in your window.

As for the smaller window, we will need the equivalent of that same stamp in order to ID a match. Please let me know whenever you can get that to me and I will make a recommendation.
