Hello! We do, yes. This looks like a typical Andersen brand casement window operator. Given that the arm is 9-1/2" long, I'd recommend looking at our 39-094 to start. Note that the arm here is 9-3/8", so make sure to double check that measurement on your original just to be safe. The way Andersen measures these is from the center of the peg to the elbow.

Please also note the style of the guide at the end of the arm. These come pre-attached and aren't meant to be removed. I don't see your guide in your photos, so just make sure that yours is the same style. There isn't exactly a lot of variety on that front so I'm sure it'll be the same, but you should still check to be safe. You never know.
