Here is the photo of the whole assembly minus the crank. It looks like it is about 8 inches from the bend and has Getty stamped in it. Thank you, Matt

Thank you! This is a huge help. I think you should consider our 39-054 operator, which just so happens to also be Getty brand. It also looks like it functions the same way as your original.
The only issue I see is the diameter of the wheel at the end of the arm. Ours is 9/16", but yours looks like it might be smaller. If it is then you may need a new track like our 39-504 or 39-512. Let me know what you think!
