The track is flattened in spots also need hardware

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 80-106 is the only sliding glass door track that we sell. We also have the 80-102 cover which is sold separately. It's only 6' long, however.

As for the roller, we'll need to see the complete assembly removed from the door along with the written dimensions.

It appears that they are only 6 feet long the tracking along with only having one rail,needs double rail are pass by Doors. The existing tracking is broken and is 96 inches long

We aren't able to ship anything that long, unfortunately. What you could do is butt two together and cut one down to size using a hacksaw. I know that isn't ideal but it's the best we can offer. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Is this a 2 rail system? the 80-106 door track only shows one rail in the illustration

No, the 80-106 isn't a 2-rail system. I'm afraid it only has one rail.
