9750 SH kinro windows

One of my pivot pins is missing or broken on one side of a window. The missing pin does not allow the window to stay open on it own. Do you have a replacement part for this issue? 9750 SH series kinro windows. Thank you Bill

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of an undamaged pivot bar removed from the sash to compare to our inventory.

Hi Emily, attached are four photos of the pivot pin. This I s the pin from the right side of the window. There was no pin on the left side. We had our house built 7 years ago and it has always been bad. Procrastination on my part.

Thanks for getting back to me, Bill! We, unfortunately, don't sell your exact pivot bar but our 26-327 is similar in terms of design. The tip measures 1/4" wide and 5/32" in height which is 1/32" smaller than 3/16". Look over the specifications and compare them with yours to see what you think.
