Hello there. See our 82-003 or 82-055 Handle Sets. These are very similar, but the 82-003 has 3-15/16" hole spacing, center-to-center, whereas the 82-055 has 3-1/2" hole spacing. Compare with your old hardware and see if either matches what you have.

3 and 15/16 inches. I'll order. Thank you ill need one with a lock and key to access from outdoors
What is the compatability lock or can I order with keyed lock

Perfect. The 82-003 is compatible with the 82-306 Keyed Outside Pull. You could install this along with the inside pull of the 82-003. Let me know if you have further questions.
