A balancer for Millard window
Thanks for posting! If your 16" measurement is the length of the metal channel, not including the top and bottom attachments, you balance can be replaced with either the S380-16 with a 1" shoe or the S385-16 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is the correct fit, see the diagram below for reference; you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. You'll also want to be sure to double check the length of the metal channel.
You'll need to take a look at the stamp from your metal channel to confirm the stamp option you'll need to select at check out. Unfortunately, I am unable to read the stamp from the photo you provided.
Also, I did notice that you sent an inquiry for the same style balance. I merged both of your inquires so all of the information will be in one place. For your balances marked with a 23 4, you'll need either the S380-24 or the S385-24. Once you've confirmed the series, you'll need to select the 2340 stamp option.
