A few latches broken

A handy person from Maryland says:

Hello. I have a few windows with broken sash locks. Mostly what is broken is not the rotating lock mechanism, but the other piece (on the left in my photo) that it latches into. The "tooth" on the latch tends to break. I'd like to purchase new mechanisms that include both the rotating lock and the tooth it latches into. Do you have anything like this? Thank you.

I found your 90-307 keeper part, and it looks like it's the right width, but I'm concerned it could be too tall. My keeper part measures 5/16" tall. I've attached two more photos to show the measurements.

Thanks for writing in. I'm not certain if we have an exact replacement for this keeper, but I'm forwarding this discussion to one of my senior colleagues who specializes in this kind of hardware, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can with more information. Many thanks.

Hi, maybe I can help. We believe you can use our 90-282 keeper with your window lock. It is 3/8" high and 5/16" thick. Look it over and tell me your thoughts.
