A kitchen drawer guide

This is the front end holding the top guide for a kitchen drawer. It mounts on the inside top edge of the opening for the drawer. It is 1 3/16" wide and 1 1/16" high, with two holes for screws. It has a bottom "lip" that the bar that the kitchen drawer slides on, goes into. The opening for "lip" is about 5/8" wide and 1/8" high. It is made of white plastic. I could take a picture and scan it ans sent it to you if that would help.
