A missive with my thanks.

Question

Dear Swisco and excellent staff.
I won't say it was easy, as for a neophyte to undertake a job such as this was very intimidating.
I also can't say that having to modify the shoe plastic to slide into our 25 year old window was easy but.... done!
I was taken aback a bit by not seeing any fasteners in the packages (well packaged, by the way) but realized after the fact that I should have ordered them too. I was able to reuse the fasteners from the old balancers so again, done.
Thanks a bunch you all from this satisfied Canadian customer. I now know where to go when the next balancer (not any time soon I hope) fails in our older windows.
