A pivot bar for a Paradigm Vinyl Window

Question

The bar is 2 - 13/16 " long the outside screw hole is 1 - 7/16" in and the second hole is 2 - 7/16". The measurement for the holes are to the center.
There is the number 5 in a circle to the outside of the outer most screw hole. Both screw hole appear to be threaded and the screws do not appear to be self threading.

Thanks for writing in! Your Paradigm window pivot bar has a similar shape to the 26-226 or the 26-450. To determine which of these might be the best fit, carefully compare the dimensions. I believe one of these should be the replacement you need.
