A replacement lock for SGD series 311/312

I need some help. I tried replacing the lock on my 311/312 SGD and it fell threw the door when i tried replacing it! I am at a loss on what to do now. Should I replace the entire lock and handle or try to just replace the cuts?Id appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance we can supply you with a replacement for the mortise lock you have but to confirm, I'll need to see a photo of the space where the mortise lock was installed as well as a photo of the compatible handle set. I'll also need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes, from center to center, for the space where the lock installs.
I'm sorry to say I am unfamiliar with what you are referring to as the "cuts". Can you provide a photo?
