Please help me order the correct tilt locks. I ordered, which was wrong my fault. My window tag identification is as follows: AAMA 101V-86 mfgr code G-163-1 series 151 DR-R30. The parts I received were 2 ea 26-391 & 26-390.

I'm afraid that the door information you provided will almost never yield a good part number recommendation. The hardware industry isn't that neat, unfortunately. The only way to line up a part is to take a look at the parts you are replacing. Can you send a photo of your old tilt latches, so that we can try to line up a replacement?

I have a manufactured ranch home. We have a broken window in our kitchen, the bottom half. The only thing I found was: Series 1000 AAMA 101V-86. DH-C20/. DH-C40. MST: 4776/38510 on right side of sticker. On the left side it reads American National Standards Institute A-L-I validation. MFGR. CODE: BI-1. Where can I get this window. A phone number or any help to order a new one please. Thank you for your help.

We only offer window and door replacement hardware. I am afraid we do not offer replacement windows themselves.
I would try and contact a local window company in your area for assistance.

I am afraid we don't replace window sashes. A local hardware store or glass shop may be able to help you. Sorry we can't be of more help.
