This is dual window for bath room. I need left side shoe and 2 coil springs (for left and Right sides). The year of window installed is 2001. The sizes are about 27 inches by 36 inches. Please reply to me the exact cost of each items and their shipping costs. Also, what if after I get them and they are not the right parts and do not fit and in this case what is your refund policy and shipping cost as well? Thanks.

I think you might want to consider our S140-5 coil balance. This appears similar, but first compare dimensions and also check to see if your pivot bar matches our 26-398 (the corresponding pivot bar for our Series 140).
