hi,
I am looking for the cam sash for my window (hopefully I got this name right!). I have attached two photos to show the window with one side (right) installed and the other side (left) missing. Let me know. Thanks.

the dimensions are 2.5 cm length and 2 cm width. Best.

Hi there!

It looks like you might be referring to your top sash guide, but I'm not entirely sure. To confirm, can you remove an undamaged piece and show us?

Hello Emily,
You are correct, I am referring to the top plastic stash. In picture one it shows top plastic stash as broken, in picture two (shown for comparison purpose) it shows top plastic stash is installed and complete. Let me know.

I'm afraid we won't be able to identify your hardware while it's still installed, unfortunately. Seeing it removed from the window is the only way for us to identify what you have. Let me know if that's something you can get for us.
