I need both springs on 2 Windows,so 4 springs Total.

Windows are 20 years old+

Also send me a video describeing how to insert them and if I need any special tools.

Hello there!

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window track to determine your replacement options. I recommend watching the video below. It will show you how to remove your hardware using the cut out method.

Here is a picture of whats left of the pivot shoe after I removed it.

I will need 4 COMPLETE pivot shoes for my 2 windows.

Thank you kindly for the additional photos. We did sell this pivot shoe some time ago but it was discontinued and is no longer available, unfortunately.

Let's see. I think you might be able to adapt the 15-087 pivot shoe and Series 180 springs to your window. To determine what coil weight is needed, you'll need to divide the sash weight by the total number of springs in the window.
