Hello,
My current abcseamless window has casement hardware and I need to replace it with an egress window hardware to meet my local rent code.

We offer some egress parts that may work for you but we'll need a bit more information to determine if any modifications may be necessary to install the new parts. To get started, we'll need to see a clear photo of the entire operator assembly, including the base and arms that move the sash. Also, please confirm the length of the hinge base that attaches to the window sill. Thank you!

Do you also need a picture of the other arm length?

I'm not quite sure what you mean but we would need to see the entire operator used to move the window sash. See an example of a casement operator in the video below.
