ACAN window parts

Question

I am in great need of a couple window parts, and I am aware that ACAN is no longer in the USA.  I have reached out to them, but have not heard back.  I have the specific model for these windows if that would be helpful.  It's that bar that houses the locking mechanism that I need to have replaced.

Looks like you need new glazing. I'm just not sure what you have without seeing a clear picture of its end profile. It may be something like our 55-191 or 55-194, but these are just educated guesses. Would it be possible for you to remove a clean-cut sample and show us a picture of its end profile? That will be a big help.
