ADA Handle for Concealed Latch

Greetings!
I'm trying to locate a replacement ADA handle for a concealed latch, but I have no idea who the manufacturer is. The handle was missing, but I was advised that a previous handle had a long horseshoe-type clip to hold the two handle sections together. I've attached a photo of the concealed latch.
