Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of the part that you need to compare to our inventory.
Also, please note that operators are used for casement and awning rather than hung windows. If you have hung windows, you may be looking for something like the balances that support the weight of the sash. Thank you!
